Commemorate the birthday of President Harding. Over 500 scouts gather each year to pay homage to the President and First Lady for their support of scouting. This event also includes the U.S. Army’s annual Wreath Laying Ceremony on behalf of the White House. Featured speakers include scouts and an Army Brigadier General who will represent the President of the United States. Free Admission and the public is invited to attend. Admission is free.
